Wounds & Roots is a 4-week Christian coaching experience designed to help women look beneath the surface and begin understanding the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may be influencing the way they see themselves and navigate life today.
Before you can change the pattern, you have to understand the root.
You may know what you're struggling with.
You may know the patterns you keep repeating.
You may even know you want something to change.
You just haven’t been able to create long lasting change on your own.
In 4 weeks, we will:
Identify the wounds.
Trace what grew underneath them.
Recognize the beliefs and patterns connected to them.
You don't have to have everything figured out. You simply have to be willing to look beneath the surface.
